Comments : This juvenile Wolf-Eel is hiding in a hollow metal pipe that is part of the remnants of an old wooden barge. This barge was sunk here with the intention of creating an artificial reef to bolster the marine life in Puget Sound. As you can see, juvenile Wolf-Eels are very different from adult Wolf-Eels in size, shape, and color.
