Comments : Pink Pacific Scallops are fairly common in Puget Sound wherever there is good rocky terrain. The wall at Sunrise is just such a place. If you are lucky, you will get to see these scallops swim through "jet propulsion". The yellow foam on top of this scallop is actually a sponge. Accompanying the Pink Pacific Scallop in this picture are Green Sea Urchins, a favorite food of the Wolf-Eel.
