Comments : Keith found this Bay Pipefish in the eelgrass at Three Tree Point, in about 14 feet of water. The water was extremely stirred up with sand and sediment, so this shot isn't that great, but it does show the head and part of the body. I think this is a female. They have little tiny spade shaped tailfins, which makes them very easy to identify.
