Comments : I have to agree with Jon that this is one of the coolest fish to find on a dive, and Jon seems to have the knack for finding them!  Anyway, compared to some of the other shots by Jon, you can clearly see that this fish has a wide color range.  This one looks like a small raspberry, where the one Jon shot is almost a light yellowish-brown.  For such a little fish that swims so awkwardly, they are a VERY elusive photo subject.  It is tough getting your butt kicked (swimming wise) by a one inch fish :)
