Comments : The water was totally murky, and no matter how I fiddled with the strobes, I couldn't get rid of it. It shows in this picture. The painted greenling is extremely common in the waters of Puget Sound, and the distinctive stripe ranges from brownish (in this shot) to a bright coppery red.
